Dear Jeff,

thank you for having the "Aski the Yogi" section. It is very useful and inspiring. Your answers carry energy that affects my state of mind.

I noticed and decided to let you know that Love in Sanskrit has the content of pranayama and metabolism when you click on the title. Love in Sanskrit would be interesting to learn about. Love in yoga would also be a valuable topic to discuss.

I am humble, or rather, i feel a bit immature to leave comments to your posts but I would like to say that I deeply appreciate your willingness to share these writings. They opened a new dimension of yoga to me, and they are something that I come to when outside of class to re-create midnfulness and focus.

Namaste,
Jenya
