NEW STUDENTS!  Join us for Intro to Yoga – A free class on Thursdays at 7:15 PM.  Open to all levels. This class will introduce you to Yoga in a safe, enjoyable way with a goal towards creating a life long practice. Intro to Yoga is a fun and gentle introduction to basic breathing principles, pose alignment, meditation and relaxation. The Class is 1hr and 5 mins.  Note: Class is free to new students only.  Current students may take the class as part of their current class package or pay a drop in fee.  Read more about the Intro to Yoga Class

Cardio Vinyasa **** Highly energized Up-Tempo class to elevate the heartbeat and emphasize aerobic capacity. An intense work-out for your whole body, heart and mind. A focus on courage and compassion helps synchronize the breath with a challenging, vigorous series of movements in a way that expands circulation, improves muscle tone and increases flexibility.

Community Class ** to *** Approachable all-levels class similar to L 1 or L1-2 with a bit of vinyasa/flow; accessible poses and sequences provide a general workout with ending relaxation. $5 or use your class package. Fee waived if needed. Tues and Thurs Chandler location
 

Chi Gung**  to *** In Chinese Qi means energy and Gong means to work. Qi Gong is the art of drawing in and circulating energy throughout your body to reclaim physical and mental harmony, balance, and health. This class connects you with heaven and earth, and deeply nourishes your body and heart by incorporating gentle natural movement, mudras, breathing, and sound. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience required.

Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY) (all levels). Each class will have a special Healing Focus.  More info.

HEY – Core Strength and Stretch ** to *** Strong practice using basic yoga poses enhanced to focus on core muscle strengthening and deep-muscle stretching. Relieves deeply held stress in back and psoas muscles. Modifications make the class appropriate for all (available to beginners who have the intention of strengthening the core). Incorporates yoga/healing philosophy.  75 min. Suitable for strong beginners: Gentle to Moderate intensity.

HEY – Core Stress Release  (CSR) ™ Yoga Therapy** to ***
Strength and Stretch for Lower Back and Psoas Release. Familiar sequence of poses to release core holdings and habits in the physical, mental and energetic bodies.  Can bring healing throughout the whole body from head to toe, Neck to the sacroilliac joint and psoas. A good workout accessible to all levels. Includes psoas release before savasana. 75 min

HEY – Extended Core Stress Release (CSR) Yoga TherapyTM ** to ***  A set sequence of poses designed to compassionately challenge the muscles and joints to release held physical tension while accessing the more subtle roots of past holding.  Class will conclude with Psoas Release stretch and healing tremors. The source of many knots and dis-ease can be traceable or accompanied by fear rooted in the past and now stored in the body.  The release of this tension can bring healing throughout the whole body. In this extended class, after we release the physical and energetic tension, we release the mind with a guided relaxation technique done in Savasana – Yoga Nidra*.  A good workout accessible to all levels.   (*Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic technique of guided relaxation done while resting in Savasana.  It induces deep relaxation proven to relieve stress, anxiety  and tension deep in the core of our being.

HEY™: Feeling Good from the Inside Out * to ** Cultivate a clear mind, a calm heart, and a free body by blending therapeutic Yoga techniques with Chinese medical principles. When our prana (life force) is overactice or underperforming in one or several areas of our body, we may develop tension, discomfort, or pain. Learn to use breath and meditative movement to balance the organ meridians (prana currents) and gently release tension throughout the body.

HEY: Cleanse & Renew ** to **** Series of postures done in a warm (not hot) room specifically designed to heal joints and detoxify digestive system while promoting lymphatic drainage and a healthy immune system.  Sequence includes practices to release old energy states and revitalize body mind and soul with conscious inspired intention.  All levels, good workout.  60 minutes with optional longer Savasana.

Inner Vision HOT *** Accessible postures practiced in a 90+ degree room for detoxification, cardio endurance and increased flexibility.  A strong workout due to the heat.  Music and variety of poses/sequencing in classes determined by teacher.  All levels welcome.

Inner Vision HOT Vinyasa ***  All levels welcome.  A structured sequence that works all joints and stabilizing muscles.  Great for regenerating spine, shoulder, hips and knees.  Deep cleansing detox using heat and perspiration.  Wonderful for improving strength and flexibility of the body.  Improves heart health and stamina.
Great for burning calories and weight loss.  Builds mental focus and detachment.

KIDS Yoga! (All levels welcome) Emphasis is on fun and experiencing wisdom through movement, breath and imagination! Ages 5-12.

Kundalini * to *** Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness teaches one to hear their Sat Nam, the truth of their identify and that is the Soul.   This is achieved by draining the swamp of the unconsious and this is done through moving the body and breath as one in asana, meditation and chanting the Naam.  Naam is the vibration of the Divine and chanting It changes the mind, nervous system and expands the energetic field known as the aura.

Level 1 ** Fundamental Postures to reinforce foundation and focus. Everyone welcome, appropriate for all levels.

Level 1/Flow ** Fundamental Postures to reinforce foundation and focus, combined with a gentle vinyasa flow teaching the basics of movement with breath.  Everyone welcome, appropriate for all levels.

Level 1-2 *** Fundamental postures in an uptempo class with an emphasis on strength, alignment and stamina. All levels; strong beginner.

L 1-2 Energize *** Same as our Level 1-2 class with a bit brisker pace and full-length savasana.

Power **** Basic and intermediate postures building into a strong sequence linked with the breath; aerobic and challenging. Emphasis on inversions and balancing asanas . For fit or more experienced students.

Power Hour *** to **** Uptempo, energizing and fun class with supporting music and ending relaxation. All Levels. 65 minutes.

Pre-natal Yoga and Baby-n-Me (Any level welcome) Gentle strengthening exercises to tone and relax mom’s body in preparation for childbirth. Provides a unique bonding time with your baby to connect through asanas, relaxation techniques and breath control. Prenatal yoga classes include yin, yin-relax, relax, and gentle and are available throughout the week. Be sure to mention that you are pregnant and mention how far along you are in your pregnancy to your instructor. For a listing of appropriate pre-natal yoga class days and times, click here.

Private and semi-private yoga lessons Work with an experienced and knowledgeable Teacher to help you establish a home practice, work with physical challenges or injuries, deepen the therapeutic effects of your practice,and grow in physical or spiritual elements of your practice.

Restorative * A balance of deeply held postures to promote flexibility, suppleness of joints and conscious relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and props provided. All are welcome.

Yoga for Lunch ** All-levels practice to build strength, balance and flexibility. Ideal to recharge, destress and elevate body and mind. A relaxing and fun practice that is also challenging and supportive with options offered throughout the class. to suit everyone’s ability.

Yin /Restorative * Deeply nurturing series of yin (low, slow stretches) and restorative poses and meditation. Helps to open and soothe the body.  All are welcome. Peaceful and calming.

Yin * to ** Deeply held postures (3-5 minute stretches) with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness. Can be very rewarding for those with stiffness or chronic pain, develops focus and stillness.

Yin/Yang Flow *** An active class complimented by graceful, deep stretching to promote the discovery of stillness in action.
