Chi Gung** In Chinese Qi means energy and Gong means to work. Qi Gong is the art of drawing in and circulating energy throughout your body to reclaim physical and mental harmony, balance, and health. This class connects you with heaven and earth, and deeply nourishes your body and heart by incorporating gentle natural movement, mudras, breathing, and sound. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience required.

A challenging class suitable for experienced students and those who wish to learn vinyasa power flow.

Familiar postures practiced in a 90+ degree room for detoxification, cardio endurance and increased flexibility. A strong workout due to the heat. All levels welcome.

Heated Yin * to **
Some like it hot! Deeply held familiar postures with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness. With added heat, you will experience detoxification, slight cardio stimulation and increased flexibility. All are welcome.
KIDS Yoga! (All levels welcome)
Emphasis is on fun and experiencing wisdom through movement, breath and imagination! Ages 5-12.
Level 1 **

Basic and intermediate postures building into a strong sequence linked with the breath; aerobic and challenging. Emphasis on inversions and balancing asanas . For fit or more experienced students.
Power Flow ***
Uptempo, energizing and fun class with supporting music and ending relaxation. All Levels. 75 minutes.
Pre-natal Yoga and Baby-n-Me (Any level welcome)
Gentle strengthening exercises to tone and relax mom’s body in preparation for childbirth. Provides a unique bonding time with your baby to connect through asanas, relaxation techniques and breath control. Prenatal yoga classes include yin, yin-relax, relax, and gentle and are available throughout the week. Private and semi-private yoga lessons
Work with an experienced and knowledgeable Teacher to help you establish a home practice,
work with physical challenges or injuries, deepen the therapeutic effects of your practice, and grow in physical or spiritual elements of your practice.
Relax/Restorative *
Release stress, balance and heal through restorative yoga, meditation &/or conscious relaxation. All are welcome. Peaceful and calming.
Yin/Thai * to **
Combination of Yin Yoga and Thai massage. Deeply held postures with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. Alternate Yin poses with guided assisted therapeutic stretches done with a partner. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness. Leave class renewed and refreshed.
Yin * to **
Deeply held postures with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness. Can be very rewarding for those with stiffness or chronic pain.
Yin/Visualization * to **
What you focus upon you shall become. Guided visualizations blended with a balance of deeply held yin and restorative postures will promote flexibility, suppleness of joints and conscious relaxation. All are welcome.
