ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Class Schedule: Over 100 classes/ week, innovative class times and types including two classes unique to Inner Vision Yoga: Heated Flow and Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY).
  • I AM healthy, strong, abundant and joyful. Be aware of your thoughts - if a friend talked to you the way that your mind does, would you want to hang out with them?
  • Teacher Training - Become a yoga teacher or a Master Teacher. Add to your existing 200 hour certificate or complete our basic program. State licensed, Yoga Alliance registered. Training amazing yoga teachers for the past 7 years.

Kundalini Yoga, Mondays Tempe 7:15PM-8:30PM Kundalina yoga incorporates movement, sound currents, breath, and meditation to relax and restore the mind, body, and spirit creating a greater sense of well being, innier peace, and happiness. This form of yoga is designed to stimulate the nervous and immune systems while improving strength and flexibility, centering the heart, and opening the mind. Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY), Mon,. 5-6:15PM with Donna & Sun 8:30-9:45 with Heath Dharana (concentration), postures and breathwork designed to heal the body and release tension and trauma from the inside out.  Each class will have a special Healing Focus.  75 min. Check back here for current topic.
Psoas Release Yoga Therapy, Tues.  (Tempe) and Friday (Chandler), 1:30-2:45PM with Jeff and Donna. Set sequence of poses to release core holdings and habits in the physical, mental and energetic bodies. Includes deep psoas release before savasana. 75 min.
Chi Gung: Fridays 7am Tempe.  In Chinese Qi means energy and Gong means to work. Qi Gong is the art of drawing in and circulating energy throughout your body to reclaim physical and mental harmony, balance, and health. This class connects you with heaven and earth, and deeply nourishes your body and heart by incorporating gentle natural movement, mudras, breathing, and sound. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience required.

Chandler 4:30 Tuesdays.  Some like it hot!  Deeply held familiar postures with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness. With added heat, you will experience detoxification, slight cardio stimulation and increased flexibility.  All are welcome.

Baby n Me Class- 1st Sunday of the Month @ 11:45.  A class designed for new moms/families to experience the benefits of  yoga while interacting with the new baby.   Participants enjoy a full yoga class with poses chosen specifically to tone and heal the new mom’s body but benefits can be experienced by anyone in attendance.  Strengthen the abdominal muscles, release tension in the shoulders, neck and back, slim and balance the entire body and calm the mind – a time to just have fun and bond with your new baby.

Community Class- Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays @ 12-1pm Yoga for Lunch!  Full body tuneup/workout taught by inspiring certified yoga teachers.  Give yourself a boost and feed your spirit! Special price!  only $5  (This fee is waived for those in need.)
