ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Class Schedule: Over 100 classes/ week, innovative class times and types including two classes unique to Inner Vision Yoga: Heated Flow and Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY).
  • I AM healthy, strong, abundant and joyful. Be aware of your thoughts - if a friend talked to you the way that your mind does, would you want to hang out with them?
  • Teacher Training - Become a yoga teacher or a Master Teacher. Add to your existing 200 hour certificate or complete our basic program. State licensed, Yoga Alliance registered. Training amazing yoga teachers for the past 7 years.

Come to our Community Classes – Donation-supported!  Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at our Chandler Studio from 12-1PM.  Come take a class with one of our community teachers and get all the benefits of a great yoga practice at a bargain price.

As each class begins the external world fades away. Close your eyes while placing the blindfold snugly around your head. Your heart begins to open. You begin to see with your heart and your world will never again be the same….

Taught by Cindy Rogers- The practice of Yoga has been truly life changing for me. Within the first few weeks of my initial Yoga class I knew that my mat would take me on a “magic carpet ride” like no other!  I am legally blind and I travel the path of Yoga with my guide dog Zamira.  I feel such humble gratitude for what she has taught me about Yoga and the Yoga of Life.
My passion and calling is in sharing the profound physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of Yoga with those facing the challenges of life with disAbilities.  I now, for the first time in my life, can truly proclaim that I feel “comfortable in my own skin.” My hope it that others may also know this peaceful contentment.  Incorporating Yoga within running and biking is another enjoyment in my life.  I am a member of a local Triathlon club where I am training as a swimmer, cyclist, and runner hoping to participate in 2011 Triathlons.
I am currently considering deepening my Yoga experience through becoming a Master Level Yoga Instructor. Zamira and I welcome you in our weekly class: Four Senses Yoga.
