Kundalini Yoga, Wednesday Tempe 7PM-8:15PM Kundalina yoga incorporates movement, sound currents, breath, and meditation to relax and restore the mind, body, and spirit creating a greater sense of well being, innier peace, and happiness. This form of yoga is designed to stimulate the nervous and immune systems while improving strength and flexibility, centering the heart, and opening the mind. Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY), Mon,. 5-6:15PM with Donna & Sun 8:30-9:45 with Heath Dharana (concentration), postures and breathwork designed to heal the body and release tension and trauma from the inside out.  Each class will have a special Healing Focus.  75 min. Nia with Tara- weekly, Tuesday Nights @ 6:15. Get ready to move to music in a discipline that is  inspired by yoga, martial arts, dance and more.

Baby n Me Class- 1st Sunday of the Month @ 11:45.  A class designed for new moms/families to experience the benefits of  yoga while interacting with the new baby.   Participants enjoy a full yoga class with poses chosen specifically to tone and heal the new mom’s body but benefits can be experienced by anyone in attendance.  Strengthen the abdominal muscles, release tension in the shoulders, neck and back, slim and balance the entire body and calm the mind – a time to just have fun and bond with your new baby.

Community Class- Mondays Wednesdays & Fridays @ 12-1pm Yoga for Lunch!  Full body tuneup/workout taught by inspiring certified yoga teachers.  Give yourself a boost and feed your spirit! Special price!  only $5  (This fee is waived for those in need.)
