  • Emphasizes balancing skills to help hikers glide effortlessly over uneven, constantly changing ground.
  • Develop core strength for control and stability for hiking maneuvers.
  • Strengthen and increase lung capacity through breath awareness.

About the Instructors-

Cynthia Watts Practicing yoga has transformed my life in ways I never thought possible.  Yoga has opened my eyes to the profound beauty of the human body.  Exercise has been an integral part of my life since the age of 14.  Yoga has deepened the meaning of the word exercise for me and transformed it into a true understanding of what health is mentally, physically and spiritually.  One of my greatest joys is sharing yoga with others and watching how it transforms people’s perceptions of their body’s strengths and weakness.  I am a certified Yoga and Spin Cycle instructor, wife, and mother of two beautiful boys.
Deborah Bowles grew up in Idaho and has lived in Texas and Tennessee.  A former ballet dancer, she has been practicing yoga since 1999 and began teaching in 2001. Deborah completed 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2008 with Inner Vision Yoga.   As a breast cancer survivor Deborah began practicing yoga to help rehabilitate herself a few years after her mastectomy.  Because of her personal history, Deborah is very understanding of each individual’s unique needs. “I believe Yoga provides the format for building strength and endurance, increasing flexibility and facilitating relaxation.” She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher and works locally as a Registered Dietitian.
I attended my first yoga class because I had injured my knee and needed to find a workout that could replace running. Little did I know that going to that first class would set in motion a series of events that would open up my life to limitless possibilities.  In my pursuit to find the right exercise, I continuously found myself back in yoga class. I decided to enroll in Inner Vision’s 200 hour YTT program in the Spring of 2011 and plan to pursue the 500 hour Master Level Program. Yoga has transformed my life, revealed truth, and opened my heart. As a yoga instructor, I enjoy seeing students find the therapeutic, physical, and spiritual benefits of a regular yoga practice—on and off the mat.
