The happy news is that I safely delivered Kyle on April 29, 2008. He is incredibly beautiful and weighed in at 8 lbs 8 ozs. I wish you all as much joy as I have experienced welcoming this new life into the world. Thank you Marcia for all of the incredible information you passed along in your classes and at your workshop. The nurses were amazed at how good my breathing was for the 12 hours of labor and one of hour of pushing before Kyle was pronounced undeliverable vaginally. See everyone, you have to take that workshop! Good luck everyone. Sarah W- Prenatal yoga student
We are so proud to announce the birth of our daughter, she was born at home on Sunday, October 5th at 3:34 PM. Yoga prepared me well for the trials of labor and delivery which went as smoothly as could be expected. Labor was brief and down dog on the wall helped me tremendously!
