ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Class Schedule: Over 100 classes/ week, innovative class times and types including two classes unique to Inner Vision Yoga: Heated Flow and Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY).
  • I AM healthy, strong, abundant and joyful. Be aware of your thoughts - if a friend talked to you the way that your mind does, would you want to hang out with them?
  • Teacher Training - Become a yoga teacher or a Master Teacher. Add to your existing 200 hour certificate or complete our basic program. State licensed, Yoga Alliance registered. Training amazing yoga teachers for the past 7 years.

Sally Appleby,RPYT

Sally was drawn towards the healing benefits of a regular yoga practice in 1998.  She became so impressed with the way yoga helped her to establish physical, emotional and hormonal balance both on and off the mat, she felt compelled to teach.  Sharing the joy of this ancient practice has been her passion since 2002. Sally encourages students to embrace movement, stillness, awareness and breathing with both discipline and self-acceptance.   Certified with the Yoga Alliance as an E RYT 500 and specialist RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher,) she also studied education at Oxford University and is a certified nurse assistant.
