Teaches- Ashtanga/ yin yang/ flow/ level 1 & 2
There is a reason yoga has been practiced and taught for so many centuries: It works! Having personally embarked on a path of self discovery six years ago, I began the practice of Ashtanga yoga. I could not fathom the depth of yogic knowledge that lies beneath the surface of asana practice (postures). Much physical, emotional and spiritual growth has been the result of a consistent yoga practice. One of the first things you will learn in yoga is to breathe. So simple, so beautiful, yet so profound.

Rebekah Royalty began instructing yoga while pursuing a career in corporate fitness which included group exercise. However, she really began to appreciate yoga as she saw the improvements it brought to her running. Desiring to become a better instructor and inspired by a yoga instructor trained at Inner Vision Yoga, Rebekah chose to enroll in the IVY 200 hour yoga teacher training program. After graduating in 2007, she chose to continue her training at IVY and is currently enrolled in the 300 hour yoga teacher training program. She is currently a stay at home mom to two small children. She is so grateful to have the opportunity to teach and practice yoga.
Teaches- Heated Beginner, level 1
Karmie Christian has been practicing yoga on a consistent basis since 1999. I began practicing asana as a means of stress-relief when I was working in the corporate world, I had no idea I was in for a transformation on so many levels. I have enjoyed practicing many styles of yoga, including Bikram (and other heated offerings), Iyengar, flow, power and yin as well as pre-natal during my pregnancy. Life has a way of “disrupting the applecart”, but I have found the practice has helped me become calm in the face of life’s challenges. I completed the 200-hour certification at Inner Vision Yoga and I am registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT200). I am currently pursuing the 500-hour master level certification at Inner Vision Yoga. As a teacher, I aim to provide a safe place to experience asana and pranayama and maybe even a yearning to find the true “you.” One of my favorite quotes: “What you focus on, you become. So always focus on that which is highest, brightest, happiest and most noble of all things – Enlightenment.” – Rama

Brigitte Yancy Teaching yoga is a true passion of mine. I so enjoy sharing with others all that yoga has taught me and brought to my life and feel very privileged to be able to do so. I have been practicing yoga since 2002, when I bought a yoga DVD to take with me while I travelled and practice in my hotel rooms as a means to escape from a busy and demanding job and a hectic travel schedule. I knew immediately that I had found something I had been looking for my whole life and, as I deepened my practice, I very soon found out that yoga offered me so much more than I ever expected and to use a somewhat overused phrase, it changed my life! In 2008 I left the corporate world behind to pursue my love of yoga full time and teach my students with my full presence and awareness. My classes offer a unique combination of movement, meditation and breath work designed to match the energy and needs of my students and help them progress along their yogic path. Even as a teacher, I continue to be a student of yoga learning new things from both my teachers and my students and I am currently studying for my Master Yoga Teacher Certification at Inner Vision Yoga.
Teaches- Asthtanga, Restorative, Level 1-2, Power
Whitney Zama I am passionate about inspiring people to experience new things or old things in new ways while sharing the many ways yoga expands presence and vision.
I fuse traditional technique and form with innovation in contemporary movement while supporting each individual’s expression. Currently pursuing my Masters of Fine Arts degree at ASU and 500hr Yoga Teaching Certification through Inner Vision Yoga, I believe art is manifest in all things, especially the kinesthetic. As a certified AcroYoga instructor I share my ongoing love affair with acrobatic partner yoga! I am so honored to be a mom and to meet such interesting people as I travel and photograph the world. The pursuit of knowledge for alignment and yoga sutras brought me to the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts and then here to Inner Vision Yoga. I feel honored to be teaching a wide variety of yoga classes since completing my 200hr yoga teacher certification in 2006. I’m registered with the Yoga Alliance.
