ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • Class Schedule: Over 100 classes/ week, innovative class times and types including two classes unique to Inner Vision Yoga: Heated Flow and Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY).
  • I AM healthy, strong, abundant and joyful. Be aware of your thoughts - if a friend talked to you the way that your mind does, would you want to hang out with them?
  • Teacher Training - Become a yoga teacher or a Master Teacher. Add to your existing 200 hour certificate or complete our basic program. State licensed, Yoga Alliance registered. Training amazing yoga teachers for the past 7 years.

Melissa Bialczak, RYT found yoga in 1998 after spending several years searching for a way to heal her severe back pain. Yoga was the therapy that she needed to be pain free and she’s been dedicated to her practice ever since that time. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2005 through Inner Vision Yoga, so that she could share the power of the body and mind to heal one another. Melissa emphasizes building strength, developing balance, and releasing deep tension in her teaching to encourage a healthy body and peaceful mind.  Melissa also works as a language teacher and translator, which which reflects her love for cultural studies, languages, and foreign travel.

Over the past few years, I have taken many different classes with many of the wonderful teachers at Inner Vision. Each teacher brings their special gifts to the class. What I particularly enjoy about Melissa’s Heated Flow class is her ability to bring her calm and peaceful manner to the many yoga poses and vinyasas practiced during class. She fully integrates breath and movement in a very helpful and caring way. I leave her class with the energy from the flow, the cleansing from the heat and a peaceful state of mind.
