Early price of $25 through Dec 1st; $35 after Dec 1st
Feeling a little like your heart is two sizes too small? It seems inevitable that, as the holidays approach, we start to feel more stress, more worry or even sadness due to our own circumstances or of those of the people around us. Life is just busier this time of year and, yet even though there may be more people around us, we sometimes feel more isolated and even lonely.
Join Brigitte as she shares practices for mindful, gentle movements which help to sooth and nurture a stressed nervous system, along with simple and short meditative practices that can easily be incorporated into a busy life. She’ll also share practices that help us to release expectations of how things ‘should be’ and offer a meditation practice for deep relaxation and gratitude to help you to restore and nourish yourself and move into gratitude in what is present now and let go of expectations. All with a touch of humor and with an intention of bringing a sense joy not only into your Holidays, but into your life all year round!
All levels of experience welcome. Please bring a yoga mat for the movement part of the class and for the guided relaxation.
