Bonnie Eckard has been practicing yoga along with Tai Chi and Qigong for over 30 years. Her passion for these physical forms and philosophies has been central to her personal and professional life. She has been a Professor of Theatre for 38 years and her most recent teaching helps students find pathways to creativity through contemplative practice and mindful movement. Her yoga classes focus on proper alignment and the psychological and physiological benefits associated with yoga postures and breath. She is a 200-hours certified yoga teacher is registered with the Yoga Alliance.
