Carley Nelson is passionate about the mind-body practice of yoga. She first started teaching in 2009 to groups of women seeking emotional empowerment and physical health. Carley has more than 10 years of experience teaching yoga. Her professional background is in wilderness therapy working with at-risk youth and adults overcoming depression, anxiety, and addictions. This background of healing is melded into her yoga practice. She feels a good dose of the outdoors mixed with music and mindfulness is a recipe for a happy life.
