Valerie Jackson started practicing yoga in 2012 when muscle pain forced her to take time away from the gym. She began studying corrective exercise and worked alongside chiropractors and massage therapists. After seeing the effects yoga had on her injuries and her mindset, she decided to get her 200hr YTT from Inner Vision Yoga in 2018. She now teaches a variety of yoga classes full time. Valerie strives to make every class a learning experience on how to listen to the body and to get into postures safely and effectively.
