Ready to turn your world upside down? This Handstand Essentials workshop breaks down the core foundations of a strong, confident handstand in a way that’s accessible for all levels. You’ll learn practical techniques to build and apply strength, balance, and control that translate to any inversion or arm balance—whether you’re kicking up for the first time or refining your time upside down. Beyond the physical skills, we’ll explore the energetic benefits of handstand practice, from boosting focus and confidence to shifting perspective and vitality, so you leave feeling empowered, energized, and ready to play upside down with intention.
In this workshop, you will:

Amanda became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Inner Vision Yoga in 2010 and is currently deepening her practice in the 500-hour Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY) program at Inner Vision Yoga. Currently based in Costa Rica, she teaches yoga to both the local community and international visitors at retreat centers and private studios. Her teaching blends years of experience with a heartfelt commitment to holistic, embodied living.
