4 Week Workshop

Join our prenatal yoga community and enjoy the many benefits of the practice. This 4-week workshop will include:
- focused breathing practices to calm and soothe the nervous system;
- yin yoga stretches to release tension in the body;
- gentle postures and movements to build strength;
- relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety;
- improved focus, concentration, and confidence; and
- community support with other expectant mothers.
Our prenatal yoga classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga – no previous yoga experience is necessary. Bring your yoga mat and an open mind – you and your baby will be so glad you did.
