Shuchen believes that each day offers a surprising lesson, and her life is filled with amazement!  Her yoga journey started out with a doctor’s suggestion to do yoga for recovering after the knee surgery years ago. Practicing yoga not only rehabilitated her knee and made her entire body stronger, it also expanded her world and changed the way she looked at life. Practicing yoga helps her feel grounded and peaceful; It brings her light, joy and hope that she aspires to share with every student in each class that she teaches.  Applying what yoga teaches off the mat has made her life immensely easier.  She has been living in Arizona for over 20 years and also teaches Mandarin Chinese to non-native speakers of all ages.
