You’re invited to a nourishing and supportive experience for your body and well-being. In this gentle workshop, you’ll be guided through mindful, therapeutic movement from a chair to help ease pain, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility. You’ll also experience a calming mindfulness practice to help reduce pain, and learn about herbal remedies to support inflammation and overall comfort. This experience is designed to help you feel more at ease, connected, and vibrant in your body.
