Ever been curious about all the ways to incorporate the wall into your yoga practice? The wall is one of the greatest yoga props and tools for learning proper alignment, reinforcing balance, understanding stabilization, approaching postures with therapeutic presence, and providing support to prompt courage for more challenging postures. This workshop will be divided into two segments. The combination of the two will give you a creative palette of postures for a well-rounded wall practice. Both sessions early registration $50, late registration $60.
Session 1 Strength & Balance: Saturday, May 16: This session will focus on standing, balancing, and strengthening postures.
Session 2 Stretch & Restore: Sunday, May 17: This session will offer therapeutic stretches and restorative sequences for a more gentle supine practice.
