Revitalize head to toe! Join Jeff for this Whole Body deep stretch and release. Work with your own unique provided dowel that you can keep as your own. Experience a multitude of deep stretches to release bound joint and tight muscles. Comfey and thorough dowel work in the stretches will gently unwind the old knots and relax you from feet to scalp!
Sunday, Feb 22, 1-2:45: Range of Motion Transformation
Experience the ultimate inner release! This thoroughly relaxing stretch class provides multiple opportunities to let things go and be reborn anew! You will be guided through joint repatterning movements, aligned stretching, deeply relaxing breathwork and trauma release techniques to transform unconsciously held tension at its core. Class ends with a profoundly restful meditative sound bath! The result is lasting freedom of movement and greater ease in every area of your life.
