You may ask how yoga helps reduce anxiety and stress?  When our muscles are tense we can create imbalances within the body, tension that can signal fight of flight for some. Many of us move through our days not present or in the moment, jacked up on caffeine, lack of sleep and busy-ness.  The yoga practice can be a safe space to feel and release these tensions.

Join Dusty Snow at this workshop where you will learn about the four tools to have in your tool box to help reduce anxiety and stress:

Movement – yoga asanas (postures)
Breath – pranyama the regulation of of the breath
Meditation – a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind
Mantras – a word, sound or phrase repeated to aid in concentration
